  4. The two files in this archive, GAME.EXE and TGRAPHIC.EXE, are all that is
  5. necessary for you to upgrade your version of RAILROAD TYCOON to Version 3.
  6.  
  7. Copy both files into your RAILROAD TYCOON directory.  If you are playing
  8. from floppies, GAME.EXE goes on your copy of Disk A and TGRAPHIC.EXE goes
  9. on Disk B.
  10.  
  11. All known bugs have been fixed with this version.  Unfortunately Murphy hangs
  12. around our offices as he does elsewhere so there always exists the possibility
  13. that something was inadvertently screwed up, we don't think that this has 
  14. occurred but you never can tell.
